Job Summary
CRNAs deliver patient-centered anesthesia for diverse surgical procedures at NYP’s Columbia University Irving Medical Center, rotating between campuses and including opportunities to work with both adult and pediatric patients. The role includes administering general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, providing one-on-one anesthesia instruction for Columbia University’s Nurse Anesthesia Program, and benefiting from a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative, high-quality care environment. New grads are encouraged to apply; on-site presence is required within commutable distance. The CRNA may rotate between Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and may work with Allen Hospital for orthopedics and complex spine surgeries. Salary range is $270,000-$335,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Masters of Science in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
