Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) | Avera Surgical Center

CRNA cares for patients across the lifespan in surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures. Performs pre-operative assessment, determines plan of care and communicates it to patient and family, establishes venous access, ensures airway management, inducts and maintains anesthesia and monitoring, completes anesthesia and emergence, transfers care at termination, and conducts post-operative follow-up. Performs as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students.
