Job Summary
CRNA locum tenens opportunity in Dallas, TX. Provide anesthesia care for GI/IR cases with some operating room coverage; blocks, spinals, and epidurals required. Schedule typically Tuesday–Friday with ~40 hours/week (36–40 hours considered). EMR via EPIC. Credentialing typically 90–120 days. Active Texas license required. AMN Healthcare facilitates malpractice insurance and travel/lodging logistics. Location known as “Big D” and offers exposure to a major center for healthcare staffing.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas State License required
- Certifed Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Locum tenens support
- Gastrointestinal/Interventional radiology cases; operating room coverage as needed
- Blocks/spinals/epidurals proficiency
- Epic EMR experience
- 40 hours per week preferred; Tuesday-Friday scheduling
- Credentialing timeframe 90-120 days
- Experience in perioperative anesthesia care
- Nursing anesthesia certification (CRNA) in good standing
- Travel/assignment nursing experience (locum)
- Texas healthcare facility credentialing and employment rules
