Job Summary
Conduct anesthesia services in a five-state-of-the-art Operating Room environment averaging 250 cases monthly, managing a mix of general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and other procedures. Perform general, spinal, obstetrical, pediatric, and thoracic anesthesia, including epidural and peripheral nerve blocks, central line placement, Bier blocks, and ventilation management. Practice with flexibility and autonomy under a medical supervision model with a manageable call schedule of one in four to five. Work typical hours from 7 am to 3 pm. Join a supportive team of five CRNAs and two anesthesiologists at Cary Medical Center in Caribou, Maine.
Required Qualifications
- BLS and ACLS certification
- AANA certification & Maine Licensure
- Proficiency in: General, Spinal, Obstetrical, Pediatric, and Thoracic anesthesia (excluding open heart)
- Epidural and peripheral nerve blocks
- Central line placement
- Bier block and ventilation management
