Job Summary
The Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association seeks a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to perform pre-anesthetic assessments, administer and monitor anesthesia for endoscopic procedures in an ambulatory surgery center, manage perioperative care and emergencies, provide post-anesthesia care, document care and outcomes, collaborate with the healthcare team, participate in quality improvement, and maintain ongoing proficiency in anesthesia techniques and pharmacology. Requires PA RN license and CRNA certification (AANA) and a Master's degree or higher in nurse anesthesia; strong independent clinical judgment and communication skills are essential. The position offers a competitive base salary of $250,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits and vacation/CME.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of PA
- Certification as a CRNA by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Strong clinical skills in anesthesia principles, techniques, and medications
