Job Summary
Administer and oversee anesthesia care for surgical patients as part of Cone Health’s anesthesia team. Responsibilities include collecting and evaluating patient medical history data, maintaining a safe environment, administering medications and fluids per safe practice standards, monitoring airway and physiologic response to anesthesia, ensuring patient safety, completing required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note), and logging incidents in the Safety Portal. The role supports a full-scope anesthesia practice within a large not-for-profit health network in Charlotte, NC, with multiple full- and part-time options.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
