Certified/Registered Medical Assistant: Allergy Department

Job Summary

Perform high-volume skin prick and intradermal allergy testing, administer immunotherapy injections, and monitor patients for systemic reactions. Room patients efficiently, perform spirometry, and assist with food and medication challenges while educating patients on EpiPen use and allergen avoidance. Maintain accurate documentation, medication records, and patient testing information while following all clinical, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols. Work Monday through Friday in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Current CMA or RMA certification
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with medication and injection dosing
  • Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical office, specialty clinic, or allergy/immunology setting
