Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans. Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices while fostering a positive, engaging learning environment for clients. This part-time role requires candidates to obtain RBT certification before starting, with paid training provided for eligible applicants. Services are delivered in clients' homes and community-based settings, with a commitment to at least six months. Choose your own cases with no minimum case requirement and earn referral bonuses by sharing opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services
