Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while delivering direct 1:1 therapy to clients across home, clinic, or community settings. Collect accurate behavioral data and document client progress during each session using evidence-based techniques including discrete trial training, naturalistic teaching, and behavior intervention strategies. Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client behavior, progress, and concerns to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment for all clients. Requires active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
- Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various service locations in the Indianapolis area
