Job Summary
The Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) provides recovery support services to patients with opioid use disorders within Geisinger’s medication treatment program. Responsibilities include assisting patients in navigating healthcare resources and motivating them to engage in treatment. The CRS conducts one-on-one engagements with patients, facilitates adherence to treatment plans, and communicates effectively with diverse populations. A high school diploma and CRS certification are required, along with minimum of 2 years related work experience preferred.
