Certified QMA � Day Shift

Administer prescribed medications under the direction of licensed nursing personnel and in accordance with established care plans. Assist residents with daily care needs while encouraging independence and maintaining a person-centered approach. Observe residents for changes in condition, medication effectiveness, adverse reactions, or concerns and promptly communicate findings to nursing staff. Maintain accurate and timely records related to medication administration, resident observations, and care provided. Follow all applicable state regulations, facility policies, infection prevention practices, and medication safety procedures. Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, physicians, and other team members to ensure quality resident outcomes. Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. Participate in other resident care activities and departmental responsibilities as assigned.
