Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment; monitor product flow and ensure batches meet quality and food safety standards. Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep processing flowing; perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance; conduct routine checks and sanitation after changeovers. Inspect products for labeling and quality, manage materials and inventory in SAP, and follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FSMA. Contribute to team goals, provide training support, complete basic production paperwork, and participate in 5S and continuous improvement efforts. 4/3 rotating schedule from 6:30pm to 7am at the Milwaukee, WI location; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production
- Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held
- 18+ years of age
