Job Summary
Lead Pilates group reformer classes for up to 12 members using equipment such as reformers, springboards, and Exo-Chairs, while preparing creative, level-appropriate flows. Conduct private sessions, workshops, and events as needed, and inspect equipment before each class to ensure safety. Uphold core values to maintain an inclusive studio culture, assist with membership sales and check-ins, and promote retail and services by delivering the "Message of the Week." Build studio revenue by motivating clients to live their best lives through health and fitness.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification with 500+ hours of experience or equivalent is a plus)
- Experience teaching group classes
- Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction
- Energetic, positive, inclusive, and motivational teaching style
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated
- Focus on EXCEPTIONAL customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
- Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
- Ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced diverse environment
