Certified Physical Therapist Assistant

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral, collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date. Eligible candidates include new grads with mentorship, and the role supports Immigration/H1B candidates; location is Dearborn, MI in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Eligible applicants hold an AA/AS-level PTA credential, license in the practicing state, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
