Job Summary
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines. Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, including obtaining up-to-date physician orders. State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required; new grads welcome with mentorship available. Role is in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting under Full-Time employment with Renewal Rehab (Enhance Therapies family).
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
- New grads welcome
