Job Summary
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines; assess and select appropriate patients for therapy, coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral; collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date; mentorship available for new grads.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
