Job Summary
Full-Time Pharmacy Technician at McRae Women's Facility in McRae-Helena, GA. Supports the Pharmacy Department under the direct supervision of a Licensed Pharmacist, including typing prescription data into the pharmacy system, ensuring a well-stocked pharmacy, faxing prescription orders to the contracted pharmacy, and maintaining records on prescriptions, requisitions, medication logs, drug and patient information, and purchase orders. Requires a high school diploma or GED, current Pharmacy Technician certification/licensure, and typically one year of experience (preferred). Must be able to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check. Shift is Day Shift, Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm. Required Qualifications
