Job Summary
Bilingual Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately, maintaining patient records and inventory, delivering excellent customer service in both English and Spanish, conducting medication reconciliation, operating POS systems, supporting audits and QA processes, translating prescriptions when needed, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Must translate healthcare information between English and Spanish, work well under pressure, and be available for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is required.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with pharmacy technology systems and software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
