Complete prescription orders for LTC facilities by verifying information, pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory, and applying labels to medication packaging. Scan and assemble medications into accurate bins while communicating inventory needs to ensure adequate supply. Maintain inventory at appropriate levels by removing expired or unused meds, marking used bottles, and keeping the workstation clean and orderly. Adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding prescription dispensing while consistently meeting established accuracy and productivity levels. Work collaboratively with supervisors and functional areas to keep operations flowing smoothly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
