Job Summary
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician with a mornings shift to process prescription orders, maintain inventory, assist with packing/shipping, and prepare medications for pharmacist verification in a fast-paced, production-focused Charlotte pharmacy. Works alongside a team of 21 technicians under one Pharmacy Supervisor to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and quality standards. Responsibilities include filling prescription orders, retrieving medications, counting and packaging prescriptions, supporting inventory management, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Requires high attention to detail and prior pharmacy technician experience; active NC BOP registration and national certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Active registration with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy (NCBOP)
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT/PTCE)
- Previous Pharmacy Technician experience
