Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician II (Certified) responsible for safe and efficient preparation, dispensing, and management of medications within a hospital/healthcare setting. Partners with pharmacists to optimize patient care, maintains accurate medication histories and records, performs medication reconciliation, assists with sterile and non-sterile compounding per USP guidelines, manages inventory and regulatory compliance, operates and troubleshoots pharmacy equipment, and supports clinical activities including medication reviews and history reconciliation. Requires 0-2 years of hospital/healthcare experience and licenses/certifications (LPT or PHAR-C) and BCLS; schedule is Full-Time Day shift.
Required Qualifications
- LPT - Licensed Pharmacy Tech in state of employment required
- PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
