Pharmacy Technician II - Certified assists pharmacists in the safe and efficient preparation, dispensing, labeling, and management of medications within a hospital setting; performs sterile and non-sterile compounding using aseptic techniques per USP guidelines, conducts inventory management, maintains accurate dispensing records, supports medication reviews, and provides patient and staff service while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe pharmacy operations.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or healthcare setting required
- LPT - Licensed Pharmacy Tech in state of employment required or
- PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
