Job Summary
Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals. Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Ensure client safety, educate them about proper exercise techniques, and monitor progress through regular reassessments. Drive to and from client locations while maintaining appointments in the scheduling app. Attend monthly team meetings and complete other duties as assigned. This role requires nationally recognized certification, CPR/AED training, and flexibility to travel. Required Qualifications
- Woman Specialist
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
- Team player or collaborative with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
