Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App. Conduct client reassessments via the platform, manage your schedule efficiently, and motivate clients to track results and celebrate wins. Represent core DRIVE values in every session and collaborate with a supportive nationwide network of fitness professionals. This role offers flexible part-time to full-time options with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $32 to $50 plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
