Job Summary
Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals. Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Ensure client safety, provide ongoing motivation, and educate clients about proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyles. Monitor and track client progress, conduct reassessments, and maintain appointments in the scheduling app. Commute to and from client training sessions and attend monthly team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
