Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App. Conduct client reassessments through the same platform, manage your own schedule efficiently, and motivate individuals to hit their goals. Collaborate with a supportive team and represent core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every interaction. This role offers flexible part-time to full-time options with competitive hourly pay ranging from $40 to $50 plus performance bonuses. Candidates must hold nationally recognized certification and CPR/AED training, with opportunities for advancement into master trainer and leadership positions within the nation's leading mobile fitness network.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
