Job Summary
Design customized workout plans to help members meet their fitness goals and conduct fitness assessments with professional instruction. Build a personal training client base and retain clients over time while delivering exceptional service. Prior Personal Trainer experience is preferred, though certification resources are available for those aspiring to become certified or needing recertification. CPR/AED certification and a commitment to continuing education are required. TruFit Athletic Clubs offers full-time and part-time opportunities across over 40 locations, supporting clear development paths for teammates at all career stages.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified
- High School Diploma or GED
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness, or related field, or National Personal Training Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Personal Trainer experience
