Design and deliver goal-based training programs for individual clients; conduct personalized fitness assessments and consultations; drive PT sales through onboarding engagement and upselling; coach clients on proper form, safety and accountability; track sessions, manage scheduling and follow up with clients regularly; collaborate with the Fitness Director and front desk team to support club success; opportunities to grow into Fitness Director role; requires active personal training certification, experience in a fitness club or private setting, strong communication and coaching skills, sales mindset, and CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain.
