Job Summary
Conduct initial fitness consultations, design individualized programs, and lead personal training sessions while maintaining equipment safety and building new client acquisition. Perform monthly progress assessments, manage progressive goal setting, and deliver customer service excellence through friendly interaction and problem resolution. Maintain current certifications, including CPR/AED, and stay updated on fitness trends and new products. Work flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various times including early mornings and late nights. Complete required in-house training and online courses within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Valid certifications current, active and maintained throughout employment
- Valid CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of employment
- Must successfully pass Background Check
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings and late-night shifts
- Must be extremely organized
- Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment
- Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
- Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills
- Level 0 PT: For the fitness enthusiast that wants to be a Personal Trainer but has not yet started
- Level 1 PT: Less than 1 year of experience, has either a CPT or a bachelor's degree in an exercise science
- Level 2 PT: 2 certifications or 1 year verified industry experience
- Complete in-house CPR/AED, Smart Fitness Certification, PT Onboarding and assigned online education courses within 30 days of hire
