Job Summary
Certified Personal Trainer with a strong focus on sales to join Anytime Fitness in Saint Augustine, FL. The role combines training clients with driving PT package sales, including one-on-one, team, and small group training, while promoting the brand through community outreach and marketing efforts. The trainer will build relationships with members and influencers, lead a team, and assist with day-to-day club operations. Key duties include qualifying, informing, inspiring, and converting members into training clients; engaging in B2B marketing and national marketing campaigns; fostering a positive, results-driven culture; and delivering outstanding customer service to help members achieve fitness and wellness goals. Requirements include CPT certification (NASM/ACE/ISSA), proven sales performance, 18+ years old, friendly and outgoing demeanor, flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, tech-savviness, self-motivation, and strong time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA)
- 18 years or older
- Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)
- Technologically savvy
- Self-motivated
- Good at managing time and schedules
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets
