Job Summary
Certified Personal Trainer at Retro Fitness conducts personalized fitness assessments and consultations, designs goal-based training programs for individual clients, drives PT sales through onboarding engagement and upselling, coaches clients on proper form and safety, tracks sessions and manages scheduling with regular follow-up, and collaborates with the Fitness Director and front desk to support club success.
Required Qualifications
- Active personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization
- Experience training clients in a fitness club or private setting
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Sales mindset with the ability to promote training and add-on programs
- CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain
