Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Motivate clients, track results, and manage your own schedule efficiently. Represent core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every session. Requires nationally recognized certification, CPR/AED training, reliable transportation, and proficiency with mobile training apps. Flexible part-time to full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
- A passion for helping people
- Highly motivated
- Organized
- Continual learning is a must
