Job Summary
Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals. Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Ensure client safety, educate them about proper exercise techniques, and monitor progress through regular reassessments. Drive to and from client training sessions while maintaining appointments in the scheduling app. Attend monthly team meetings and perform other duties as assigned. This role supports GYMGUYZ's mission to deliver convenient, customized workouts in the client's chosen setting, offering flexible hours and opportunities for advancement within our growing location-based fitness team.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
