Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Motivate clients, track results, and manage your own schedule efficiently to maximize flexibility across part-time and full-time options. Represent core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every session. Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
- A passion for helping people
- Highly motivated
- Organized
- Continual learning is a must
