Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins while representing core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence. This role offers a flexible part-time to full-time schedule with competitive pay ranging from $40 to $50 per hour plus performance bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
