Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins, all while representing core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence. Maintain social media savvy and attend company-sponsored events. Requires nationally recognized personal training certification, CPR/AED certification, reliable transportation, and proficiency with mobile training apps. Flexible part-time to full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay ranging from $32 to $50 plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
