Job Summary
Certified Personal Trainer at EōS Fitness responsible for conducting initial fitness consultations, designing individualized training programs, delivering personal training sessions, driving new client acquisition, maintaining equipment safety, performing monthly progress assessments, providing excellent customer service, staying current with fitness trends, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. The role requires CPR/AED certification (active and maintained), willingness to complete in-house certifications, strong math and sales skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CPR/AED Certification
- CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of employment
- Less than 1 year of experience for Level 1
- 2 certifications or 1 year verified industry experience for Level 2
- CPT or bachelor's degree in exercise science
- Background Check required
- Must pass in-house CPR/AED and certifications within 30 days
- CPR/AED Certification in person, not online
