Job Summary
Conduct personalized fitness programs and training sessions for clients, including small group classes. Perform three fitness assessments weekly with prospective clients and maintain sales and key performance indicators. Meet or exceed 80 session completions monthly while fostering a positive environment for members and guests. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively using intermediate computer literacy skills. This part-time role can develop into full-time based on client volume, with requirements including NCCA certification, CPR/AED certification, and a passion for fitness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree
- Maintain a CPR / AED certification
- Effective English communication skills
- Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Committed to continuous personal development
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Stooping
