Job Summary
Conduct personalized fitness programs and training sessions for clients while performing three weekly fitness assessments. Inspire clients through goal setting, frequent follow-ups, and reassessments to help them achieve health and fitness goals. Maintain sales and key performance indicators, meeting or exceeding 80 session completions per month. Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues positively, and foster an enjoyable environment for members and guests. Requires NCCA Personal Trainer certification, CPR/AED certification, and intermediate computer literacy. Part-time to full-time progression available based on client volume.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree
- Maintain a CPR / AED certification
- Effective English communication skills
- Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Committed to continuous personal development
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Stooping
