Job Summary
Conduct custom lesson plans for students of varying skill levels using proprietary technology like Optimotion and TECSWING. Deliver services including TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor playing lessons, and short game instruction while maintaining the Training Center environment. Perform daily opening and closing functions and participate in continuing education through distance learning and seminars. Graduate from GOLFTEC University's comprehensive training program before delivering high-level experiences both inside and outside training bays. Work a set schedule with two days off per week and seven paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting
- Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment
- Affiliation with the PGA/LPGA
- Graduation from a PGM program
