Job Summary
Conduct custom golf instruction for students using proprietary technology like Optimotion and TECSWING to deliver data-driven feedback. Deliver services including club fitting, outdoor playing lessons, and short game drills while maintaining the Training Center environment and performing daily opening and closing functions. Recommend teaching content to support lesson plans for students of varying skill levels and participate in continuing education through distance learning and seminars. Graduate from GOLFTEC University to join a team of PGA professionals dedicated to helping people play better golf.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting
- Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment
- Affiliation with the PGA/LPGA
- Graduation from a PGM program
