Job Summary
Conduct custom golf lessons utilizing proprietary technology like Optimotion and TECSWING to deliver instant, data-driven feedback to students of varying skill levels. Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans and provide services including club fitting, outdoor playing lessons, and short game instruction. Maintain the Training Center environment, equipment, and technology while performing daily opening and closing functions. Graduate from GOLFTEC University's comprehensive training program and participate in continuing education through distance learning and seminars. Uphold core values of Team First and Relentless Drive within a professional, team-based environment. Work a set schedule with two days off per week and seven paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting
- Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment
- Affiliation with the PGA/LPGA
- Graduation from a PGM program
