Job Summary
Instruct, motivate and assist clients to achieve their goals using Exos evaluation protocols; conduct on-site health assessments; update and reevaluate training plans; maintain ongoing client communication; partner with the employer to drive engagement through events (lunch & learns, campus activities); present Exos methodologies; lead or participate in staff education; report attendance and engagement metrics; participate in program design and development; maintain required credentials; some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of coaching experience or completion of an Exos Performance Internship
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Current industry certification (prefer NSCA-CSCS or NASM)
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid
- Experience teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on technique and ability
- Excellent presentation skills in small and large group settings
- Strong customer service skills and client-focused approach
- Energy and passion for helping others achieve goals
