Certified Performance Coach

Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans while leading diverse group classes and conducting fitness assessments. Prescribe personalized exercise plans and design effective programs for clients, including high-risk populations, through one-on-one consultations and motivation. Assist in implementing incentive and health promotion programs, manage administrative tasks related to facility operations, and perform additional duties as assigned. This role supports Exos's holistic approach to health for corporate employees, elite athletes, and military operators through evidence-based methodology and on-site coaching.
