Job Summary
Instruct clients on-site using proprietary Exos evaluation protocols to achieve personal goals while maintaining safety and ethical standards. Conduct health assessments, update training plans, and re-evaluate clients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain constant communication with clients and partner with employers to drive engagement through events like lunch and learns. Present Exos methodology via education programs and lead staff training. Report operational metrics including attendance and outreach efforts. Participate in program design, research, and development while maintaining professional credentials through continuing education. Some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of coaching experience
- Completion of an Exos Performance Internship
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field
- Current industry certification
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience teaching group fitness classes, with an emphasis on helping improve technique and ability
- Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings
- Strong customer service skills - servicing the 'client' is top priority!
