Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services in pelvic floor therapy, using best evidence to advance both the science and art of the specialty. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement while fostering evidence-based clinical programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced practice patient care, manage documentation and billing according to regulatory requirements, and meet established productivity standards. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles, stay current in literature, and may participate in research initiatives. Spend 80% of time in the specialty area depending on clinical need.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
