Job Summary
Evaluate and treat the full spectrum of pelvic floor care for all genders while prioritizing patient signs and symptoms. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement within Intermountain Rehabilitation's Learning Health System. Perform advanced practice patient care, ensure accurate documentation and billing, and foster interdisciplinary communication. Maintain current knowledge of medical chaperone policies, best evidence, and research initiatives. Meet established productivity standards and work within specialty area protocols. Requires current licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift patients and operate complex equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
