Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services in the pelvic floor specialty area using best evidence. Perform advanced practice patient care, prioritize signs and symptoms, and engage patients while considering complexities. Spend 80% of time in the specialty area depending on clinical need. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, foster evidence-based programs, and participate in research initiatives. Demonstrate expertise in evaluation and treatment for all genders, maintain accurate documentation and billing, and meet established productivity standards within a Learning Health System using CQI principles. Stay current in literature and integrate findings into best practice.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
