Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for pelvic floor rehabilitation using best evidence to advance the science and art of the specialty. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster evidence-based clinical programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced practice patient care, prioritize symptoms, and engage patients while adhering to current medical chaperone policies. Maintain accurate documentation, patient billing, and compliance with regulatory requirements, meeting established productivity standards. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles and may participate in research initiatives. Requires current licensure, BLS certification, and ongoing commitment to staying current in literature. Based at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah, with 36 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
