Job Summary

Demonstrate expertise through advanced practice patient care, accurate documentation, and compliance with medical chaperone policies, while mentoring other caregivers and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Champion quality improvement, promote evidence-based clinical programs, and stay current in literature to integrate best practices within a Learning Health System. Meet established productivity standards and participate in research initiatives as needed. Work full-time at Intermountain Health's Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
